Guarantees

10 Year – a number of Hag chairs come with a 10 year guarantee against material defects and manufacturing faults, subject to normal wear and tear and 8 hour usage. For 24/7 usage Hag chairs are guaranteed for 5 years against material defects and manufacturing faults. Normal wear and tear is to be expected and is not covered by the guarantee.

5 Year – all chairs and furniture come with a 5 year guarantee against material defects and manufacturing faults, subject to normal wear and tear and 8 hour usage. Chairs will be either repaired on site, or, if necessary, at the factory. Wherever possible we will offer a loan replacement until the original chair(s) is/are returned. On desks, the guarantee is against material defects and manufacturing faults, subject to normal wear and tear and 8 hour usage. Normal wear and tear is to be expected and is not covered by the guarantee.

1 Year – all accessories come with a minimum 1 year guarantee against material defects and manufacturing faults, subject to normal wear and tear
