Placing an Order - you can order 24 hours a day 365 days a year from the web site, www.ergocentric.co.uk
Delivery lead-times - Between 1-20 days subject to product and quantity and whether delivery and installation is required. All orders will receive an order confirmation by either fax or email. Every individual product quotes it's standard lead-time at point of order If delivery and installation is selected for desking/storage, the leadtime will be quoted on the order confirmation
Delivery is FREE to U.K. Mainland between Monday and Friday, 08.30-17.30. a.m or p.m deliveries or weekend delivery/installations can be organised at an additional charge. Please call for details on 01904 738788

It is very easy to find what you want with Ergocentric. Simply choose the product category, add an item and quantity to your cart and then pay for your goods using our secure payment site. It is also possible to pay by cheque and goods will be dispatched on clearance of the funds.

All chairs are priced for delivery to ground floor to anywhere on the U.K Mainland. Chairs are delivered part or fully assembled and this is notified on each product as part of the specification. Desks are delivered flat packed to minimise transportation.

Installation and delivery to other than ground floor is available at additional cost. All furniture deliveries are made by uiniformed 2-man teams and a call is made to pre-advise the customer of planned delivery date and time (either a.m. or p.m.). Installation is charged as a percentage of the order value - £0.00-£500.00 - 10 percent, £501-£5000 - 9 percent and £5001+ at 8 percent with a maximum of £1000.00, whichever is the lower.

For enquiries over 10 desks, Ergocentric provides a free CAD design and drawing service. Drawings can be produced in 2D, 3D or 3D rendered to give you a better insight to how your office will look.

Delivery is FREE for all deliveries to U.K. Mainland between 08.30-17.30. Delivery charges to outside the U.K Mainland will be advised at point of order and confirmed on the order acknowledgement. For times outside our standard delivery times and for destinations other than U.K. Mainland, please email us for a quotation. The total cost is shown at the checkout prior to you confirming your transaction. All prices quoted are in UK £'s and exclude VAT which is chargeable at the standard rate.
To keep prices as low as possible, chairs and desking/storage are quoted flat packed for self assembly and dispatched by parcel carrier. All chairs come with assembly instructions and for items part assembled there is minimal assembly required. If delivery and installation is required for any product(s), the cost will be quoted at time of order and confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

We will normally dispatch your order to you in 1-20 working days, depending on the item(s) and quantity ordered. Details of normal lead-times are listed against each model in the shopping section of our online shop. If you require items urgently, certain models are available on shorter lead-times which are identified as Fast Track items. Please email us for availability stating model, colour and quantity required.

In the event that your selected order is not available for delivery within our normal lead-times (usually no more than 20 working days) we will contact you so that you may decide to continue with the order, have a partial delivery, choose an alternative or cancel.

Seating - All chairs have a 5-year component guarantee and 2 year guarantee for fabric for standard 8 hour usage. Chair components and fabrics are guaranteed for 2 years and 1 year respectively for 24 hour usage. Desking, storage and accessories - All desking & storage items have a full 5-year guarantee.

Goods can be paid for by either company or personal cheque. Goods will be dispatched on receipt and clearance of the funds and are subject thereafter to the relevant product lead-times.
